We walked away with new tools and fresh insights on how to lean into our next negotiations.

✅ Prepare for uncomfortable negotiations by carefully evaluating the perspective of your conversation partner as well as your own.
🤝 Do a power analysis: Who has the power in what format? Level up the playing ground and be aware of what you are bringing to the table not just what you need!
🎯 Clarify your own goals and the best, realistic and worst case scenarios possible
💡 What's your "BATNA" (Best Alternative to a negotiated agreement) -> if this does not work, then what? Find the creative trade-offs, and boost your confidence going into it.
