π« We had a fantastic workshop last week attended by vegans, vegetarians and simply curious people (me!) whereby we learnt all sorts of fascinating facts about vegan cooking.
π€©For example: did you know the juice from chick peas can be whipped up like egg whites and used in its place? The proof is in the pictures!
We had a delicious π gnocchi with creamy π and sage sauce topped with shiitake π.... hmmm
