Circle Monday the 23rd of September on your calendars, because the MasterMinds community is bringing you "Elevate your Customer Journey". A workshop that is back by popular demand facilitated by Julie de Meyer.

What’s On? Get involved in a morning where you will be invited to reflect on the different touchpoint with your customer all along the sales funnel. When do you connect with them? What channel is used and what do you want to give them when? There’s something to take away and both reject and act upon for everyone!

The MasterMinds Summer party - The planned and the unplanned!

 

On the 11th of June we had our summer party at the new Clubhouse. Hit the play button for a welcome message...!

It was an opportunity for us all to get together, MasterMinds members and friends and not so much network as get to know each other a little better ... from a different angle lets say!

 

Get a new nickname.
Of course there will always be a game of some sort... :-) I just can't resit. 
This time around it was all about learning what your conversation partner is passionate about. As participants listened to their partners give some insight as to what they love to do, they were given the task to come up with a nickname for them based on what they perceived. One the receiver liked may I add!
This nickname went onto the name tags and so it fuelled some interesting conversations post-ice breaker too. 

Who knew we had such a musical community?
We could have made a band with "Sax", "Starmania", "Maestro", "Rhythm" and "Treble Clef"

It was a networking party!

On the 6th of March we held our very first networking apero. An opportunity for our MasterMinds members to meet each other in a more casual way. It was also a nice chance to invite more people from the area that also felt like networking in a relaxed atmosphere.

 

And wow...So - Many - People!
I lost count, we were around 60-70 people I think?


It truly is fast becoming a community beyond networking!

- The energy was high
- The group was so diverse
- We broke the ice with a few playful questions
- Great connections made
- Our community is growing!

Turn your "old" problem upside down to get a new view on it

Do you find you are often "stuck" on the same issue?

During our creative problem solving workshop held by Adi Muslic we did just this.

Adi’s expertise in project management is mostly from working with big organisations, but the post-it fuelled creative problem-solving method applies perfectuly to small businesses as well.

Here are five takeaways I walked away with:

Brainstorm solutions on sticky notes & draw them too… This opens up your thinking to new solutions!
