Our latest workshop had one big takeaway: ChatGPT is only as smart as the way you train it.
Hereâs what stood out:
1. Train your "GPT's"
The paid version is worth it, if you want Chat GPT to take on different "personas". You can tailor it to your tone, style, and goals specific to each of the different "persona's" and it doesnt get mixed up by the different types of prompts you might be using it for. Use them to get sharper focus in every area.
2. Stay sane, turn off suggestions.
The endless stream of âmaybe youâd like thisâ isnât helpful. Itâs information pollution. Fewer distractions, more focus.
Â
3. Feed it your own thinking. Donât just ask âwrite me an article on XYZ.â
Give it your ideas, values, and opinions as the starting point. Thatâs how you keep it objective and authentic.
But hereâs the twist: tools like GPT only mirror what you bring. If your prompts are vague and not thought through from several angles (content, tone, what you want the output to be specifically), the qu...

We know we donât have to figure everything out alone. Yet when it comes down to it, opening up and breaking the isolation of our thoughts is hard. Vulnerability is scary.
Overthinking takes over, and decision-making slows down or halts all together,
And that generates frustration and the feeling that we are stuck.
Thatâs where a smart, focused community comes in. A group of smart people who give direct feedback, ask the questions you didnât think to ask, and notice the blind spots you canât see. The result? Confidence, clarity, and actionable next steps.
Here are the three reasons it works:
1ď¸âŁ Direct feedback you can actually use
2ď¸âŁ Fresh perspective from people who understand your challenges
3ď¸âŁ Safe space to be vulnerable without judgment
The clarity youâre chasing isnât just inside your head, itâs in the conversation when you are forced to formulate the blur of information in your mind, in the mirrors of people who get it.
đĄ Curious what that feels like? Join us at an event!

đ¸ What if your business could make money while you sleep?
One of the topics that as a solo-business owner tends to go through my head is "what if I break a leg, and I'm out of the professional running for a while?"Â
It's something that is very common worry to have in this situation. One of the people I learn a lot from is Lynn Bruines and I'm so grateful that she has agreed to bring us all some of her knowledge!

đ 09:00â11:30
đ B-Inspired Clubhouse, Nyon
Youâve heard of passive income but what does it really look like for you and your business?
In this energising, hands-on workshop, weâll explore smart, creative ways to build income streams that work in the background while you focus on what you love.
There are untapped opportunities in your current business model. Youâll leave with fresh ideas, real strategies, and a clear starting point to rethink how your business can earn more with less effort.

On September 3rd, a group of us gathered at the B-inspired Clubhouse for a morning that was equal parts creativity, coffee, and community. Guided by the wonderful Judith Fuhrmann, we dove into the art of vision boarding, using images, words, and colours to bring our dreams into sharper focus.
Science tells us that visualization helps us clarify goals, stay motivated, and move from wishing to doing. But what made this workshop so special was the atmosphere: joyful, relaxed, and buzzing with possibility. Over croissants and good music, we gave ourselves permission to play, to dream, and to trust our intuition.
Some key takeaways stood out:
⨠Getting clear on goals through creativity taps into a different part of the brainâless control, more intuition.
⨠Working alongside others created powerful energy. Instead of overthinking, we leaned into the flow and had fun with it.
⨠Telling other what we were looking for, and asking them to keep their eyes open for us took on a whole new meaning!

Leadership of the Future! Living in Nyonâs first event of this kind was one for the books! đ
We had a full house, and the energy in the room was incredible.
The mix of insights, different perspectives, and thoughtful discussions made it such an engaging evening. Our panelists shared excellent expertise, and the audience brought curiosity, great questions, and lively participation that kept the conversation flowing.
If you missed it, have a look at our speakers LinkedIn profiles:
Gaelle Devins - Member of the executive Board at Breitling
Barbara Lax - CEO & Founder of Little Greenhouse
Guido Gianasso - Professor of Leadership HEC Paris
Andrea Gerosa - Founder of ThinkYoung
Two key takeaways for me:
đš Younger generations are showing "higher individualism" (basically, people find their own wellbeing important and are not ready to be employed at al costs) Â and "lower power distance" (this refers to the desire to be able to challenge decisions and authority when people feel it does not make se...
